Therapy for Connection, Desire, and Relational Healing – Online in Connecticut
At Lover Therapy LLC, I provide compassionate, inclusive couples therapy, sex therapy, and individual relationship counseling tailored to adults across Connecticut who are longing for deeper connection, authentic intimacy, and relational well-being. I work with people who are experiencing communication struggles, desire gaps, disconnection after life transitions, shame around sex, or relational cycles that feel stuck and frustrating.
Whether you are a couple navigating conflict, partners exploring consensual non-monogamy or ethical non-monogamy (ENM), individuals healing from past hurts, or people wanting to reclaim pleasure and ease in intimacy, therapy with me focuses on nervous-system safety, curiosity, and meaningful change. My approach blends relational depth with grounded, practical strategies, not judgment, pressure, or rigid labels.
Our Services
Couple and partners therapy at Lover Therapy is about helping partners feel emotionally held, understood, and chosen again.
I support couples and partners who are dealing with:
Communication problems and recurring conflict
Emotional disconnection or growing apart
Infidelity, breaches of trust, or relationship ruptures
Differences in sex drive, desire, or sexual interests
Opening a relationship or renegotiating agreements
Neurodivergent relationships (ADHD, autism, sensory needs)
Navigation of relationship in ENM spaces
Whether you are trying to repair, reconnect, or redefine your relationship, we will move at a pace that respects your nervous systems and your lived experiences.
Couples & Relationship Therapy
Sex therapy is about feeling safe, curious, and connected in your body and with your partner(s).
I work with people who experience:
Low desire, mismatched libidos, or sexual shutdown
Anxiety around sex, touch, or closeness
Painful or uncomfortable sex
Shame, guilt, or trauma around sexuality
Difficulty with arousal, orgasm, or pleasure
Navigating kink, BDSM, or alternative sexual identities
Desire changes after childbirth, illness, or stress
You do not need to know what’s “wrong” with you to begin. We start by listening to what your body and nervous system have been trying to say.
Sex Therapy
You don’t have to be in a relationship to do relational work. I also support individuals who want to:
Heal attachment wounds
Understand their patterns in dating and love
Reclaim their sexuality and pleasure
Set boundaries and stop over-giving
Explore identity, orientation, or relationship needs
This work is especially powerful if you’ve spent much of your life prioritizing others over yourself.
Individual Therapy
Thinking about opening up your realtionship?
I can help.
